I recommend distilled water if you are gonna mix.

Hello! Do you know how to drain the coolant from the engine block itself to make sure all the coolant will be change into new one?

You can try using a garden hose I have tried that before to flush out everything. After that try flushing it with distilled water, u don't want tap water inside the block to be left in.
