+Sebastián Flórez You hunt dimensional bosses, which can appear in certain maps. They will replace the original boss with a stronger version, which drops 1 or multiple random books when killed.

Glad you like them :p About the books, you can get them through dimensionals or skillbook combinations, both are not really fast either, it's a large portion of luck

Op... btw why there are not all books? like device shoot, photon canon, shooting ray etc?

None, the videos specifically only show the skills that will be altered. Any other books only add statwise effects like strength/wisdom, raw damage or debuffs to the enemy.
ok last question, which 6 books should be choosen to use?(including device shot) :v
Uh, that depends on your playstyle.
I'd go with Flamethrower, Air Multishot, Device Shoot, Gravity (or Antigravity, the red balls), and then stuff like Down Spin and the Forward+F move for better utility, the first 3/4 books grant you enough damage, you just recycle those moves.

Yeah, it's fries the hell out of enemies, mine is only level 1 and I only have 5k attack. Imagine a +15 Gunlance or more '-'

Well, the problem is, Valkyrie doesn't have a strong seteffect like Guardian has, especially not as reliable. The books are pretty strong though, no doubt.
guard is stil the best but valkyrie has some bad ass books
Yeah, the books are awesome. If you get some high end gear, you will destroy everything with those.
