That moonlight cutter will be usefull if got pull+nice amount of damage.. if not need full combo to clear mob in sdm.. instead of assault smash i prefer moonlight cutter to have better dmg instead..

Moonlight Cutter is kinda useless book and skill, I allmost never use it in pve.
Assault Smash deals very good dmg if you are close to the boss, and it is good for clearing mobs .

Agreed.. it always flash strike assault smash n storm wheel wind all the time.. rarely used moonlight cutter..until today we dont know why that book exist though..
