hello I own a kawasaki zx10r 2016 and I need to change the transmission, my question is to change the transmission do I need to take out the whole engine?
I have a question and I am very surprised otherwise I have a Kawasaki Z750 and now while watching your video I wonder why and is it correct when you shift to a lower gear you do not use the clutch and while you go to a higher gear then you use the clutch? is it healthy for the machine?
It’s not like that…it’s a racing gear shift, the 1 st is up and all the other gears down so when you up shift you push the lever down and when you down shift you have to pull up.
GP shift, allows you to click a higher while going through a left hand corner, otherwise you would need the clearance to swing your toe under the shifter and pull up. Much easier when dragging a knee, elbow etc to push down then try to hook under the lever.
@@amandakeays7085 just seeing this vid and comment! As an informative point, it’s NEVER a good idea to attempt a shift while leaning the bike so aggressively! If you’ve ever done it you already know why that is Questionable!

hi, what launch control brand are you using ?? and do you know if the 2011 zx10r comes with ecu launch control i cant seem to find a answer for that anywhere 😅
The launch control comes with the Zx10’s 2016 and up. You can send in your ECU to MOORE MAFIA for a flash/retune to remove restrictions and add more horse power. Moore mafia has a you tube channel and website.

Love this video. How come shift pattern is reversed? I.e. Clicking down to go up through the gears?

It makes it easier overall to Shift. It is especially useful when exiting a turn and the (NOT at full lean) body is in an awkward position!

Rodrigo Pires you have to turn on the quick shift when you get it, from the Dealer it's turned off. And auto blip only comes with an ECU Flash
