Hi :-) Thank you so much for your video. I learned the 18 exercises with a good teacher. But now - after being sick a while - I did not really remember... I tried some videos here in TH-cam, but they all did not really feel right to me - Finally this one is how I learned it and I'm very happy I found it! Now I can start training again :-) Again - Thank you very much and all best wishes to you
one of the opportunities (often missed) of the eighteen qigong exercises is to practice taiji principles, that is why it is so popular [in the west] among experienced teachers; it is a brilliant health qigong set but is often also [inevitably] used to point out taiji six harmonies; it is very clear after a couple of seconds who can integrate these in their practice and who is just waving their arms and twisting their leg joints. hips and legs SHOULD drive the movement and open and close in harmony, shoulders should follow rather than do some independent movements, ankles should be soft but rooted........

Like the way it shows breathing. But right and left are mixed up on one move. Also she does left, but not right move to balance, at one point. Bit careless. Good to hear the birds.
