I love how how Joe has songs that just have to be played pretty much one way and then others that can be played a thousand different ways but it's the same song!!!! Genius!!!
Been a fan since I heard 'The Crush of Love' way back in the late 80s. I was listening to the radio while replacing an engine in a sailboat in some marina in WPB Florida and heard it. That was it. Went to Peaches Records and tapes and got the cassette.
I'm really not sorry to contradict all the previous comments! This was nothing like the 2006 concert; Joe was much better then... So was the bass and drums and even the supporting guitar! This was a pale comparison; perhaps 28 years has taken its toll. TH-cam Rafael alves 19 track compilation by searching for "satriani 2006" Let me know your thoughts🤔
You are describing the circle of life my friend. 18 years will take it's toll on anyone. In the end my face was melted by the band, which is the best I could've hoped for. To each their own Cheers
