03:38 when he said extend left knee he meant left ankle btw. Im seeing a lot of ppl commenting saying its not working heres some reasons for this, make sure your gravity is set the same as shown in the beginning watch the vid again and if still not able to do it view the description for the steps. Jack, when practicing to run, make the engage distance -170. This should make you go behind Uke so that you can run indefinitely unless you turn around and run back. Also, I like this running style. It's a more stable version of Verax's run.
there is a different one. all you have to do is set your gravity to -25 or -30 then set your distance what you want it to be. Then press c contract ankles and relax shoulders then press space 5 times. Then contract left hip relax left knee and press space 3 times. Then contract right knee relax right knee and press space 4 times. Then keep going contract left hip space 4 times etc. . (you will need to balance yourself while running)
I have a different way of running (launcher) and I extend my abs and hold my hip to slow down which is good for jumping. but if your a new player who will just copy and paste this techinque to run, note that the friction in parkour maps is enough to make this run not work.

I still have problems keeping my Tori from falling over after 4 steps. Some people can go on forever, but those are usually pro replay makers and such.
you'll have to master running first, that means being able to run far, turn, and correct your self. i am still not there. you can try parkour mods. and the awnser your looking for is repeat the steps what have to do with the hips and ankles after the initial louncher.
this is a good explaination of running, i felt so mlg i treid parkour, ran into a wall broke my toris neck and uke actually won :D

This run is actually one of the hardest to continually run with. At least, that's what I hear. The others are just hard to learn in the first place.

+matias543100 you can use it in matches, because a lot of aikido based ones use -30 gravity. What you need is a lot of space. That's hard to find.
