Hi Negin I had the same problem with my neck and shoulder and I tried cupping therapy and it was really really great plus i added some shoulders and neck exercises in the gym and it helped me a lot. The problem with shoulder and neck pain is if your muscles are weak the pain is more but when you train your muscles it becomes stronger and the pain is no longer there. Yoga helped also a lot and swimming. So it’s mostly exercise, focus in the upper body and you will be fine. Love and kisses

negin for your neck you need a high dose supplement of magnesium! you most likely are deficient. also paracetamol and ibuprofen don't work, go to a doctor and get a prescription for muscle relaxants. you might find some over the counter at the pharmacy but i don't know for sure. also try a menthol local heating massage cream - those you can find a plethora online to order.
Negin rather than give away half of your clothes you should have one of your girls create a new IG acc & sell them and give the money to a charity you feel connected to! It'd be so inspiring to see vloggers use their voice to create awareness for important issues in the world (not just fashion). And since you're so well traveled, i'm sure you've seen many sides of this world that could use a breath of goodness that someone in your position could really make a difference xxx

A warm sauna helps for your pain or just float in a warm pool or bath...If your shoulders and neck is bothering you, you also should pay attention to your sleep positions. Sleep only on your side or on your back - never on your stomach. When you sleep on your stomach, often you will end up twisting your head one way or the other for hours at a time, sleeping on your stomach also can affect your low back because your belly sinks in to the bed if you don’t have enough support.
