Use 30 grams of butter because your flour is not up to 500 gram

You can use 2tsp ma , there are many recipes so we go for the one that works for us and even if am to do egg roll I use 1 tablespoon level for 500g which is what am been taught , so yo can chose to use 1tsp for 500g of flour and again some baking powder are not that active .
