I have been using this man's recipes on my family, they now have talked me into taking Culinary Classes and becoming a professional Chef. I rest my case.
I loved my mother's steak pizzaiola when I was growing up and learned to make it from her. Now I sometimes order pork chops pizzaiola from my favorite Italian restaurant. Your version is similar to my mother's.
God bless you .I so love to hear you recite your food preparations and watch you explain the ingredients.my Italian friends mom and grandma's took the time to teach this Irish little girl how to cook wonderful meals.love Carole Anne from Beulah Michigan
nailbiter310 , you can use just about any cut of steak. I've even used cube steak and it turned out great. You don't need expensive cuts of meat for this recipe. Just make sure the streak is on the thinner side.
This guy is awesome! Authentic, reassuring, confidence building type directional video. It felt like a family member was teaching me. Thank you very much for sharing this video!
My Sicilian father used to make this. I've been watching a few variations on youtube and all put mushrooms and peppers. My father never did so I was starting to think maybe he didn't make it right and then I found this video!
This dude reminds of the old mafia OGs...When the families are at war...One of the OGs cooks for the crew....He even has the Lucky Luciano eye droop....
Does any one else "feel" that there's something different about his house/videos? I feel like some one is missing some how, like his wife. is Mrs. Sciarappa OK?

What kind of steaks are recommended for this recipe, I know it should be something that will stay tender and not dry out
