Thanks for another video, mate! Always nice to see. The only thing... I can keep cleaning my keyboard over and over again, for I keep drewling all over it! 😍 Honda City Cabriolet !!! LOVE those things !! They're a blast! Only if it wasn't that expensive to get one shipped here to The Netherlands ... Honda S800 - wow ... Needs a lot of work, but could be turned into a real GEM ! The Honda Today is like a little brother to the Honda Logo, isn't it? The Prelude ... I only like the 3rd gen (especially the facelift). Thanks for showing us these cool cars. Can't get enough of 'em!
Oh, hi! It took me some time to realize it was you. The video of your car is going to take some time. But, I'm very much looking forward to it. Thank you again
Wow, nice Prelude SN. Thanks for the video. That even drew *me* back out of YT-oblivion :) Almost exactly the same car my wife has (except the wheels and mirrors). Even a Hondamatic too! Anyway, good luck to you Daniel, to get your feet properly back on the ground. Cheers!
Oh no! A cliffhanger! Just when you spot a second generation Honda City! I'm sure there will be a follow up on that! 😂 Thank you for the video Daniel! ❤
That was fantastic 😁 I’m a big JDM fan & never heard of that place. The Galant GTO one of my favourite 70s JDMs, saw a original Prince sedan in there as well 😀 also Love the Toyota sport 800 unfortunately I’ll never own one but so cool!
I still see those early 80s Corollas around in the small Finnish city I live in, there are many other 80s-90s Toyotas still being driven daily, some rare Mitsubishis like a Diamante, or I think it´s called Magna in Australia, I´ve seen an early Integra Type-R, a 4th gen Prelude and also my CRX will be driving around the town once I get it back from body shop, getting rust repairs and fresh paint wooo :> I think it´s the one of two in northern Finland x3
Nice. Yeah, the Diamante is a cool car. Have seen some big sedans about, but even a Diamonte wagon, which Mitsubishi imported in Japan in small numbers. All the best with your CR-X. Finland needs to see it back on the roads! :)
Yeah heck of a thumbnail, first and first car, got me clicking. Man you haven't been in my algorithm forever! Hopefully this interaction will change that! I saw you mentioned in a video comment section about Japanese Chryslers and it feels like forever ago last I seen you. Great content as always!
Heeey! Yeah, it's a tricky thing. Being subbed doesn't actually mean much, oddly. It's all about the notification bell nowadays ;-) So glad you're rediscovering WasabiCars though. Appreciated
Oh my goodness that pouch on the steering wheel reminds me of a bumper car hahahaha!!! Loving that prelude!!! They're not mega rare around here but very unusual in that condition. Fun fact, i always loved the fact that jdm versions have those gutters below the headlights while american models don't, i think it looks so sick!!
My mate had a gen 1 prelude back in the 90’s, I used to love the rev counter inside the speedo. There’s currently a gen 1 for sale on NZ’s trade me with 179,000km for $14,000 absolutely mint
Dan you have spent so much time at that place I bet you are all on first names And I am surprised the owner hasn’t given you a job selling his cars you know them so well I do like the visits 👍👍😍🇦🇺
8:21 => Alpine Renault 610 V6 Isuzu 117, so rad! It is kind of the half sister of the Fiat Dino coupe. Both from Gugiaro at roughly the same time. 😢 but not for europe.
@@wasabicars nope I was mostly wrong! 😂 Post googling : It's an Alpine GTA, V6 but no turbo, that came on its successor. Minus one million car enthusiast points for me. Anyway, hope you're doing ok dude, sorry you lost ya job dude, hopefully you can get something that doesn't knacker you out so much buddy, look after yourself Dan ❤️
@@wasabicars Thanks mate. I maneged to spot the name of the place backwards through one of the windows at found it. I thought I searched for car museums when I was there and only found some other one by the coast. Do you know of any in Okinawa?
Hey. Sorry. TH-cam comment search is a PAIN. What was it you were asking about which RX4? You don't know this but I'm working alternate shifts. One week days, one week nights. And with overtime (Tomorrow, Friday... 7 am to 7 pm) Plus just got divorced, moved out, set up new place, plus all sorts of stuff. I just can't stay across everything. Heck, anything even. Anything you can do to help me help you would be appreciated
I've been to Kyoto twice and never knew about Tommykaira being there. Well, I guess that means I have to go back. I'm sorry you lost your job - knowing what I do about Japanese employers and non-Japanese employees I have to suspect whatever led to it was BS. I hope I'm wrong and I hope you find something better soon.

Freakin' love your vids Dan! Your passion really comes out.
Keep 'em coming mate!
I like the bit where you were at Fujisubo and saw the cars, that's was cool!
There's an 87th time for everything ;-)
@@wasabicars And we appreciate every time, sir! 🙂
One of the best places on earth!
How's it going? You heading to Iwakuni car cruising again this year?
You totally ignored the 4th gen Prelude next to the 1st gen that broke my heart
Best Prelude ever made next to some primitive 70s "Civic coupe" This guy might be just a poser
4th gen prelude is the best. I had three and want to buy another one
HISCO was Honda's old used car sales division, from the mid 70s to mid 90s.
Yo, thank you for that info! Was baffling me
Cool video and it was nice meeting you in person today in Munich

Sadly, not much footage of them even though I've seen about 5 or 6 of them. Oneday
I always enjoy your Fujitsubo visits,Dan! Sorry to hear about the job though. Hope you find another one soon.
Cheers. I'm sure I'll be fine. Hopefully, I'll get a job much nearer to where I live and without overtime. That would be a dream

Hey! (Sorry for not getting back to your comments for a while.) That gutter difference seems very odd. Surely it's necessary... or not. Lol
There is a Mk1 Prelude that goes to most of the Auckland Cars and Coffee events. Beautiful little car, must be so few left on the road
It wouldn't be silver, would it? Just asking because I just saw a mint one listed on Trade Me
Amazing the Pred didn't rust at the antenna. #BeenThere

Daniel, I test drove a used Honda Prelude like that one (minus the sunroof) many years ago. I really liked it, but ended up buying an 80 Accord.
I don't blame you. The allure of four doors leaves most powerless to resist
man, like 4 Datsun Roadsters and you ignored them all!!! My absolute favorite, I own two!

the steering wheel bum bag is awesome 😅
Right?! Lol!
Love the Fujitsubo videos. So much heartachingly awesome cars. You lost your job! What, why?
Well, contract won't be renewed at the end of April, and let's blame Daihatsu's scandal from a few months ago. Production numbers just keep going down
8:20 Without googling it (so probably not totally accurate) Alpine A110 V6 turbo, with the PRV engine.....🙃

...in case any Americans were wondering.
Both equally funny terms lol
Actually, good idea for clarifying. Cheers :D
wait...this is in Fukuoka!? Can't believe I've never been by O.o
Yep. In Kasuya near Kadomatsu train station. I dropped a map link somewhere in the comments here
@@wasabicars good to know! thanks mate!
What a place! Pretty sure the little red car (and the rusty brown one) is a Toyota 800 Sports, not a Honda.
Indeed. Toyota 'Yotahachi' S800's for sure. Did I make a boo-boo when narrating? Dammit.
@@wasabicarssuch beautiful little cars, I saw a couple at the museum in Nagoya and fell in love with them. Epic video!
The car you show in the back of the garage seems to be a Renault alpine A610gta.
