Also, to pray for my husband everyday or some other woman might be praying for him. I want to be the one praying for my husband. It's my honor to do that and I want to do it well. Also, in my young marriage I'd pray for him every time I was picking his dirty socks up off the floor. I'd imagine what if he wasnt there to put his socks in the floor. I think that prayer for those two things helped me most of all and also realizing my role as a servant to him. I love to serve him and let him head my home. I never said anything negative about him in public at all. I always lift him up even now. It has blessed me in so many ways. I have an amazing husband that I know God brought to me. I'm from Alabama.

Full transparency here, if my husband and I are not intimate enough, our communication and connection is noticeably affected. We absolutely make it a priority and we are going on 15 years of marriage.

I would like to recommend caution in reading Sheila Wray Gregoire's books, especially her most recent ones that she writes with her daughter. There have unfortunately been many little feminist and anti Biblical, anti serving your husband/family ideas sneaking in to her more recent books and theology. She does have some great ideas and teachings, and has helped so many women, but there have been several red flags raised for me and other Christian wives. Go ahead and read her books, but PLEASE pray for wisdom and discernment while doing so! God must come first and his desire for us is to find satisfaction through these beautiful special relationships, but it is always about balance. Just a word of caution. ❤️

Hello from Cookeville Tennessee . Great video. My husband and I have been married for 29 years. For the last year we’ve lived in a camper with our 19 year old son (the only places he goes is to church and Bible study) I have a hard time feeling comfortable with the door shut and he would know what was going on. But not having time alone is affecting the way my husband thinks (that I don’t want to be with him. I do I just can’t with our son 10ft away.) any advise would be appreciated. It's not an embarrassing thing, God created it to be a beautiful thing between husband and wife. Praying God softens your heart to be willing to talk about these topics with the young wives in your life, who need advice from older christian women, Titus 2 women, so they don't have to go to google and possibly come across things they shouldn't be looking at...
