    Input Range -340-480V
    Output -415V
    BBT Rang- ??
    Dimmer coil Amp- ??
    Kaise calculate karte hai.

    Hello! When i turn on my servo stabilizer, it doesn't turn on but makes a humming sound even after removing the output line from the stabilizer. What could be done please?

      motor controller circuit has a problem. Check brush position on auto transformer tapping too.

    When i open most of the stabilizers i found one of the input voltage terminal is directly connected to the sliding brush
    That means not as u explain in the diagram

    Hello sir, I have also tried opening my avr and trace the input voltage and found out the other input lead is directly connected to a sliding brush through a fuse and three pin switch. Following your diagram I could not find the buck)boost transformer which leads me to suspect that the buck/boost transformer is wound in the same core as the toroidal auto transformer is wound. Is there another configuration? Thank you

      @@ShreeDeviClasses why? 2nd question, meray pass servo stablizer ha jissay mein nay input voltage 179volts de aur output 218volts milay, input wali wire pa clamp meter pa 5.2 amp show ho rahay thay and stablizer say out wali wire pa 1.5 amp show ho rahay thay, sawal ye ha k 3.5 amp difference kyun ha input n output amp mein, kia ye efficient servo nahin ha ya koe aur waja ha?

    Reply..my servo main mcb tripping...when on...possible due to duck boost transformer internslly short?? Because when it wire disconnected servo motor work but voltsge low out put..so pl guide

      disconnect load and connect only stabilizer to supply and revert your conditions.

      problem may be with internal wiring and insulation. Check it as transformer are designed too rugged and usually remain safe.

      VA rating depends on correction limit. for 180 to 280V input and 230V output it is 50V for rated load current. i.e. for 10 KVA servo buck-boost transformer is 50/230 x 10 KVA. Turns ratio and tapping position is interrelated. Please view our video on machine design related to transformer design.

      If input is always near 250V and only 400 V is required at output then there is no need of servo a simple step up transformer will do.

      its VA rating is proportional to correction required. If lowest input voltage is 200V so for 230 V rating it is about 15% of output. Turns ration and primary conductor size depends on fixed tapping on auto-transformer. The secondary conductor size is as per load current.

      take servo on manual mode and decrease output. if controller is not working than disconnect servo and get it repaired. If you got servo and input is 260V than it will correct voltage and very useful for all motor loads. Please mention your electric load for better understanding of problem.

      @@ShreeDeviClasses we are using a 5hp motor with l&t mk1 dol starter sir, our transformer is using only this single motor, our technician said because of high voltage motor bush bearings are wearing out, don't run the motor for excessive time.
      Please suggest me all the components which I can add to it sir which can make it work perfectly with best efficiency, It is very important for me sir.

      Tell me supply voltage magnitude and working of servo stabilizer. If servo is non-function and supply voltage is regular at higher side i.e. above 420V in line and 250V in phase than you can complain distribution company. If it is fluctuating than mention the lower limits.
      Your motor can work in the limits 400V +/- 20V in line voltage without trouble, without stabilizer.
      Please also mention the motor mechanical duty or load nature and loading in percentage.
      During small overvoltage generally motors are safe and there is no problem of overheating. I can suggest you confirm solution after required details furnished by you.

Converting to single phase ( most 3 phase SCVS control individual phase ) . Output Voltage 230V.Input Lo V = 197V ; Input Hi V = 290V . Total correction = 93V . Low Voltage correction % of full correction = 33/93 * 100 = 35% .
