Excellence has its reward, the process is so straight forward and very educational this is what should be taught in schools for students to get in on the piece of the action early enough
I really enjoyed this video, just a few even better ifs - how does the peanut just become oil that was the whole point of me watching this video and you just said peanuts went in and oil comes out. Also the weight of peanuts annually been equated to the weight or R Wagons makes no sense surely using elephants or football stadiums or a famous landmark because 11,600 wagons is abit silly in my opinion. Other then these minor points my friend and I really enjoyed this video thank you
They dont run the factory everyday. Sundays are off days. So are the public holidays. A few days a year are reserved for annual inspection and maintenance. There is also trough period where supply of raw material is low, or none at all, peanut is a seasonal crop.
Also, at 4:02-bare galvanized iron sheet for a trough? Held to the post with rusty bolts (and, as you know, rust flakes off as time goes by. Guess where might the particles land? Yup, down to the already filtered oil)? Seams that are unsightly and seemingly oxidizing at the moment? That's hygienic for you, I guess. Edit: just saw the dust collecting at the corners of the frame. smh Edit II: 4:30 That was handled with bare hands. Seriously, no gloves? Where's German engineering when you really need S-tier automation?
Gloves are completely useless unless they are changed between every handling of a container. Once they touch your face, clothes, dusty parts/containers, other machinery, basically anything other than the medium you're working with, they become useless.
Compare this factory to this Korean sesame oil production: th-cam.com/video/m6yn7MCwzPg/w-d-xo.html Keywords: stainless steel! Aluminum! Non-rust! HACCP Standards! Gloves, hairnet, smock gown! Honestly, what product would you say is the more hygienic one? ;)
Wait a minute,... NO CHEMICALS are used/added to make Peanut Oil??? I am VERY surprised & impressed. Thank you.
Not this one. The cooking peanut oil without flavor is chemically processed.
@@JustinKoenigSilicawhich one does five guys use
@@JustinKoenigSilica So would you say it is best to get cold press peanut oil instead of the regular clear one you get in supermarkets?
@@ellenripley4837cold pressed it myth. It’s just the unfiltered version
How can I get this machine???
Paraffin addition not showed 🤔
Is there no degumming or neutralizing process? What about the removal of FFA?

What I don't get is the purification before the packaging oil is obtained
That's a well oiled machine
How much does the machine cost?

The litre (British English spelling)
The process does not involve any Degumming, Neutralization/Deacidification, Bleaching, Deodorization and Dewaxing. What would you comment?
Its better than any process i had known.
Without those processes this oil will last a few days only.😂
if we follow this process what will be shelf life?
How to get this type of machine ?
Bro what 💀💀
What you need it for bro
Amazon
How can I get this machine type what is the cost of the machine
Hw do I get the machine
how to deodorize
200,000l/year means only 550liters/day. that is ridiculous given that raw groundnut is 10,500 tons
BAD OR GOOD?
@@jennifergraham9609 very bad coz you will need 52kgs of but to produce only 1 liter

For small scale business buy golden walo ka cold pres machine, reliable and under 1.5 lakh
The machines don't even look clean or sanitized. They're dirty and rusty. I love peanut oil but I won't buy it if it's from India. No offense...
