Absolutely love this kinda farm to table WI Foodie episode! WI people providing quality; to their person & family, local community, the animal they’re raising, & the food experience for people. Great job & plz keep up the great work!
Jeezus. When your day starts at 2 am, it doesn't take long for some people to burn out. I went to Iron Grate BBQ a few times, and it was damn good Q. Better than many places I had visited outside of WI, and certainly better than any other BBQ joint I had visited in Wisconsin. If you wanted better Q, drive to Texas...
What a beautiful farm. Nice to see Americana alive and well.

Since viewing this episode on TH-cam I went to the restaurant to take it all in for myself. I thoroughly enjoyed the brisket, greens, & baked beans.
Awesome episode! Edna is a great name for a smoker!
