Same problem, this particular drama is really good if you can look past it tho. Mostly because of all the other characters being actually normal. I would say it has become famous despite the childish and downright stupid main female character (there is a positive character growth later in the story) thanks to the great performance of all the actors involved and the story being interesting and visually beautiful.
I recommend "Princess Weiyoung" then bcs the main characters is nothing like a child at all! There are a few series who made a hella good thing with the main women :)
