I'm surprised at how many people thought Vecna in the show wasn't a person in a suit. It was so obvious and that is classic horror, why *wouldn't* he be body makeup?
I know it would take a lot of C.G.I if it wasn't a suit😆

Thank you, friend! I like to try and work with 3d design and print folks when I can for various bits. There's loads of opportunities to overlap the 2 skills on projects.

Aye friend, I make these out of my flat. Spare bedroom I work in. I wish it was easier to "break in", but at this point I'm just hoping it gets seen by the right people and they invite me on a film project. Hasn't happened yet. It helps if you fellas share the work around and tag the right people. Really appreciate the encouragement

Ngl, making sculptures for a living like this is kinda sick, dispite the hardwork part that takes hours
It's very satisfying indeed. Mould making and casting are the least pleasant. The sculpting process itself is my favorite. Painting can be fun too. Wish I could do it all more.

There are some amazing Vecna sculpts out there (Dr. Garuda, SCULPTURE CHANNEL etc.) but none capture the realism and hate that is Vecna like this one!
Thanks, Mr Duck. Appreciate it. I can't publish as much as those guys, as my works are quite large and use fx silicone, so super expensive to create. Takes at least a month in work minimum, plus funding to make just 1 new piece these days... so I never have the algorithm on my side anymore. Wish I could post more... it's just the price I have to pay to improve the quality to the level I want to accomplish. Again, Appreciate your thoughts. Cheers

Appreciate it, Kevin. My posting schedule is so infrequent that it's caused the channel and views to plummet. It's harder than ever to post quality work because of it. It just takes longer and costs more to make. I'll keep trying to do this as long as I can. Hopefully the situation will improve in the future.

Thank you, friend. The yt algorithm doesn't really favour people like me. I don't upload frequently enough because these take too long and are too expensive to keep up with a more regular audience. 3% of my subscribers reappeared to watch this, so says my analytics, and I understand it. I disappear for months, they've moved on. I'd like to get into actual film and fx work so it's a more stable situation. This cost 600£ in materials to make, and the video has generated only 200$. If no one bought one, I'd be totally screwed 😆

There are so many types. It's a practical issue as well as a personal one. I'd suggest trying them and seeing which one you enjoy working with the most and then adapt around it.

@@LoreCraftYeah, a few years ago (2018). Just figured if you would have been on a previous season you probably would have made it deep into the show (if not won). They need less cooking shows and more things like FaceOff.
@@aaronv251 aye, I just started sculpting and doing these videos when it was on its final season. Never heard of it til it was almost over. Would've been a great opportunity. Maybe they'll bring it back someday
