It depends on how you like your fit.... I prefer it more snug so went with an S. I just need to do another vid, Kith's sizing has never been consistent especially with collabs. I feel like its more uniform now, more TTS
I have yet to buy undefeated tees, I need to grab one just for the personal. I'm 5'6, 145lbs and small fits just right. If you any taller I'd do medium up to probably 5'10 depending on weight.

yeah, kith is very frustrating with sizing and the price/return policy doesn't help either. Kith does have different sizing but I'd say that the you'll only find the different sizing with the collabs. If its just kith, there's generally some uniformity. If you like a nice fit, go with medium and go with large if you prefer the baggy look

Yeah what I found was that staple long sleeves tend to feel a bit tight in my normal size

not necessarily unless that specific shirt explicitly says its oversized... they're usually true to size

I would say size down from your normal fit. Go for a Large unless you like the oversized/baggy fit bro
