@@JamesOnGuitarah sorry I misspoke😅 I meant the 54' black one from the second half of this video and from a video before. Don't know why I said Panucci - must have seen it somewhere, too. Anyway, all the reason for you to try them out as well!
I can tell you really enjoyed playing these. What a sound and from your reaction they must have felt fabulous. Awesome James. Hard to pick a favourite. 🤗
For mainstream modern boutique I think it’s worth you trying the Suhr SL series and Friedman PLEX. I still have my TK Royalist and a Friedman Plex. Upon ABing the Royalist & Plex at Anderton’s, I would say the Plex feels and sounds more natural. However at home/studio I find the Royalist just as good as the Plex in terms of tone and feel with its different voices. At this level it’s all about feel and mood you experience from one day to the next. I’ve never tried the suhr SL67/68 but comparing TK, Friedman and Suhr one day at PeachGuitars would be a fun day out 🙂
The marshall 800 or plexi. But I really like the jtm 45. Love that gold top with p-90. Sounds so good. If you had a choice, the bartel Sugarland or the rift ansly lister, which would you choose? Also, the 800 would sound better with a Fender pre amp swap, more soul.
That goldtop is very special. Wow! Question - do you still have the Rift Aynsley Lister amp? How does the Rift not meet your marshall needs? Love your videos man!
I do! The rift is wicked but not a stereotypical marshall/plexi type. I think i just want the next one on from the jtm for that slightly more gain/compressed option
I just bought the Atkin Mindhorn with vintage trem in light aged pelham blue. Like you i have some great guitars, the Atkin is special. I picked it up looking for somthing a bit different, i bought it there and then. Until that point i didnt know they made electric guitars.
Which is your favourite?? And thanks to Stuart for lending me 2 of these! Don’t forget to Subscribe for the giveaway! Cheers
I think these look nice, especially the gold top, - cooler than the Panucci, that you'd demoed before
Don’t think i ever demoed a panucci?!

Yes that’s true. And also i thought you meant Paoletti 😂 panucci do look great
I’m not into Paoletti either. Something about their colours is off-putting to me
That guitar's sound is absolutely incredible and is equally matched by its vintage beauty! Great playing and loved the video!

Yeah absolutely - totally inspiring they are!
Check out Black Volt amps. I've ordered one, after playing a friend's for about 40 seconds. Stunning.
That Mahogany Black Beauty would be my choice. So sweet.
Very Nice !
They are! 🤘🏼
Played them at guitar summit. Bests guitars that I played there.
Doesn’t surprise me at all!

Yeah i will try the Suhr for sure as never have before. Also thinking Bogner, metropoulos, alessandro or vintage marshall of course
Check out Germino-Amps!
Ah yes, thanks!

Have you played the royalist from tone king? Really want to try one!
James please try a Atkin Mindhorn, amazing guitars. Offset style. They only make a few per month.
I’ve got 3 Atkin acoustics! Maybe they’ll lend me one ✌️

Try an Carr Mercury V
Ho much, where to buy might help
I like your hat
Thanks!
I can’t find him online. Do you have the builder’s contact information?
he is on instagram - think that's the best place to get him
The LP shape and headstock shape are oddly similar to Sorokin Guitars in Edm. AB. Just saying…
That’s what I thought it was when I clicked haha
