I hit a really low point in mental health yesterday, and I was absolutely exhausted by the stress of breaking down. So much so that I’m not at school. I’m starting to feel a little more like myself. Thank you for this.
Edit: Thank you to everyone for such kind replies. I am doing much better than I was when I initially made this. I’ve been learning to manage stress, been eating healthier, just generally working for a better me. I still have terrible days, but I promise that it does get better. Just allow yourself to live a little. You have time.

Lots of people will laugh at me and tease me did I smoke weed, why I don't change my hairstyle to dreadlocks hairstyle.. I ignored those hypocrites because for me, live life to the fullest. I will never forget this playlist, when I first decided to listen To the genre music of reggae This was the first playlist I ever listened to I’ll never forget the First Time I heard Peter tosh on here I was Confused on who this man was and what he was singing about I could hear clearly what he was saying but was confused but I didn’t change the song I kept listening and I didint realize the Mystic man was stimulating and Breaking the slumbering mentality I had he opened my eyes and the lyrics Of the Mystic spoke to me ✨ “I’m a man of the past, I’m living in the present and I’m walking in the future, I’m a Mystic Man.”
