Hi, thks for the review, just purchased and tried the TC27 : I have file size of 3Mo only for a 30 second HD video, which is very very small, and the quality output is definitely not very good. Do I have an issue or is it normal ?

Thanks for sharing the video. I bought the TC27 camera a couple months ago. I experienced issues with keeping it charged on cloudy days. I hand up getting a 25W monocrystalline solar panel with a voltage regulator to provide 5v 2amps for the camera and that solved the charging issue. I am currently running into connection issues. I keep getting errors that the camera is offline. Sometimes it comes back and reconnect on its own. This time, it has been over 3 days and I am still unable to connect. The camera is very remote so it is not easy to physically restart it. But is has decent cell coverage at its location. Have you run into this connectivity issues? Any advice? Thanks Elie

I’m currently having the same issue with my TC27. The TC17 seems to work much better!

@@PureLivingForOutdoors I reached out to the company and they instructed me to use the same sim card that came with the camera (3 carriers) vs the one I was using (2 carriers). The issue is fixed, I never ran into camera offline again. I also removed the SD card because it was taking extra time to load the recorded videos when I try to connect to the camera. This maybe a deal breaker for people who want the recording feature. Hope this is helpful.
