I’ve added to my list for next time. I’ve been close to there when traveling through Nan, and Phitsanaluk. Looks pretty tough. People were so friendly too.
Great to see. Amazing views. Worth it to pay for a tent at the top. Showed the wife. She told me she would love to go to Phu Kradueng one day. Cheers Karl.
I think this must be the hardest climb you have ever done especially naming part of the slop "deadly slop" I bet baldy Brian is glad he didn't come along it might have killed him 😂😂😂😂 because just watching I almost died myself. But what a beautiful place it must be worth the hard climb but it's going to be just as bad the climb down the mountain
Good morning Karl and a Happy New Year, what a fantastic place and stunning views. You will have to do that other clime another time, nice one again Chris
Interesting video, Karl. I wished I'd spent far more New Year's Eves hiking than than doing the same old in Pattaya. Much better for the soul. Happy New Year!
That first porter's load was ridiculous lol. And he was no spring chicken either. How they keep their balance is beyond me...Maybe you can tell us about your Laos work permit one day, I'm sure there's an interesting story behind it....I would say it was definitely worth missing the Pattaya new year for that, Karl.
brilliant video Carl amazing views of the mountain - I'm coming to Thailand in three weeks. I'm not sure if you're available for five days. I'm not sure if I'm fit enough to join you on a hike like that
What a great hike and such a good move on your behalf to pay the thousand THB for the tent. Did you take any food up with you or can you eat at the top? You said have egg and rice Would like to do it one day if you are keen and free again and go to the other mountain what would be the best time in the year to do it
Awesome and interesting hike Kalle👍😅
What a sight! Nice job!
Superb video Karl! Great effort!
Thanks mate. Had to work for this one lol.
Finally, Karl knows what cover image we want 🎉

Hey Karl what camera using as quality looks very good mate. great job!
How do you create these 3D animations at 5:50?
There are videos on TH-cam about how to do it using Google Earth. It’s hard work though and you really need a gps recorded file of the route.

Disappointing video, wheres the lovelies from the thumbnail?
He left them waiting back in Pattaya.
You can't get views without putting tarts on the thumbnail?
I can’t even get them with tarts on the thumbnail lol. Cheers
✅Phu Soi Dao reminds me of the Romklao battlefield in 1987 .🙏🤟👍👍👍💕💜
It’s the same part of the world really so it makes sense. Very beautiful area, cheers
