On my way to the University of Essex, I would pass the front door of Charles Spurgeon's home which bears a plaque on the outside in Kelvedon, Essex with his name - the proximity of a mere stone throw away from my home in Witham, Essex...What is so sad is the fact that had #CharlesSpurgeon to awake from his dusty bed to see the condition in Britain today & even his hometown - he would ask God if his works of righteousness while alive were to no avail... What a #BlessedSaint & #MessengerOfGod...
