It's 3:47 am and as usual, I can't sleep The last days have been pretty good, I even slept more but tonight I really feel hopeless My mental health is very precarious, I feel a lot of things that I don't know how to deal with But since I discovered you and you beautiful channel, I put your videos on everytime I'm in bed and it's the only way to calm me down and get me to sleep. You are truly a beautiful and kind soul, your energy is so bright and so strong that I physically and mentally feel it from here. I don't think I will ever be capable of explaining how your videos have helped me in this last months, even when I was in hospital. So thank you so much for what your doing, I hope that on those days where you don't feel loved or worth it you'll think about this comment and say "some random stranger in this universe loves and appreciate me and will always do" Ps. To anyone reading this comment; you is smart, you is kind, you is important. Your mind is brilliant and so is your soul, so please no matter what is happening in your life, don't ever think about quitting. Life can be so scary yet so beautiful. tonight i am experiencing a lot of hormonal mood changes. i am missing my long distance boyfriend a lot and his mother is currently in the hospital for internal bleeding and has to stay until monday. just, a lot is happening. i hope this’ll help me at least calm down. thank you for having this side of the internet ❤

I have Autism and OCD and anxiety these things affect my life greatly. im going to college soon im really stressed out about education because i have a education that was dependent on a IEP i reached out see what there disability programs are like so i could get the help i need. They also used the education from my IEP from high school which took a massive weight off my chest.
I hadn't visited this channel in such a long time and i have rediscovered how deeply relaxing is this asmr,your energy is so calming and it helps to set the mood perfectly...i will drift into full relaxation now ❤
