She should be fired if she feels threatened by a person simply asking for a FOIA form. She needs to work in some dungeon where she will have no contact with the public who may want to photograph her. The ignorance of the LEO she called matches hers.

That’s the basis for a federal lawsuit, and Federal Prosecution! the ‘A’ at the end of FOIA stands for “Act,” as in a FEDERAL LAW! Her calling cops on him instead of getting him the paperwork to file his FOIA Request is clear intimidation and illegal. He should be sending a copy of the unedited video to the nearest Office of the Federal Prosecutor to investigate her(and if she told the dispatcher why she wanted a cop, than the dispatcher and anyone else at the police department that knew it was over a FOIA Request)….. those people belong in FEDERAL PRISON making big rocks into Little Rocks into gravel into sand……

This is the officer that will hurt someone and blame them for it as he cries about doing it for his safety.
As soon as he asked me if I was in the building or what I was doing in the building I would have turned around and walked back in the building without saying anything to him.
And that's why America is a failed country. It doesn't hurt and infact saves everyone's time if you just answer questions. You waste time and make the world all about yourself and your rights for no reason. The world isn't about you so stop only focusing on "your" rights. The white lady clearly called the police for no reason and could possibly even lie to them so why would you possibly be dumb enough to only let the lady tell her side of the story? He's not walking up to a citizen he's responding to a call he got from the lady in the building and the lady identified them so at that point in time he was a POI, not a random citizen on the sidewalk.

If cop is investigating he should also speak to guy suspicious of it. Now it is Lawfull to detain based of testimony? Could he detain him based on that worker testimony? All other aspect of what cop did were wrong. Yet it was not that bad. Copared to other cops.
