      @avengedefend8384 Working out is part of the therapy treatment when using Ozempic. It's a temporary "fix" to help your body get used to an entirely different lifestyle. Once you stop Ozempic the cravings come back, so if you don't have a workout routine in place and no healthy diet set in stone, your body will gain back everything you lost

    2 years ago I was very heavy getting towards 300 pounds and I was at risk of getting diabetes so I decided to do something about it, started going to the gym 3-4 times a week and I lost 40 pounds. Still need to lose more weight but I’m doing pretty good so far I’m proud of myself. I decided to lose weight because of my health ofcourse but also I was ALWAYS IN PAIN! My back and knees hurt so much, I definitely noticed my weight was holding me back and I’m 33. I want to be able to live a long healthy life.

Dropped down to 154 and it felt mfing amazing!! My health is so much better now. People get so caught up in the body positivity bs that they forget that obese shit can put you in a early grave. I think ppl are confusing body positivity with something else, body positivity is loving your body the way it is while you try to lose weight or just want to be healthier, because you’re gonna be in that body for a while. Body positivity is a good thing tbh, maybe some ppl take it too far but overall I’m all for body positivity and acceptance because you have to love your body no matter what. If ppl don’t wanna lose weight then that’s them, to talk down on them and make fun of their body isn’t doing anything and tbh that’s usually the ppl who talk shit on body positivity and only look at the extreme and wrong side of it when that’s not the full picture

      Body positivity just like many movements is to tell people to stop bullying people for the way they look, culture or sexuality. Now the issue is body positivity is people need to understand there is a healthy and unhealthy weight that differs and looks different for everyone. However we can all agree that if your stomach is sticking out far enough that you can't even clearly see your private parts or if your body is so thin that you can see ribs and other bones without squeezing.... we can agree these are all unhealthy.

    I was pretty unhappy with my body and health last year. It had been a while of me eating whatever I wanted (mostly junk if I'm being honest) and not exercising or being active which cause me to gain a lot of weight. I could feel it and it was making me miserable. Then I decided to go the gym even though I was scared to do so. Nothing crazy, but I walked on the treadmill 5 days a week for an hour for about 3-5 months. I lost all the excess weight I had gained and started making healthier choices, I hadn't felt that good in a long time. I understand wanting to accept yourself/your size but that doesn't mean you have to stay that size and forgo taking care of yourself completely to make a point.

Smoking cigarettes AND weed, drinking alcohol, eating meat and processed foods, chemicals in tap water that you drink and bathe with, deodorant and shampoos and lotions and soaps with chemicals in them. Not walking or exercising. EXCESSIVE dieting and working out. You don't have to be fat to be unhealthy.

I hated myself to the point i couldn't stand others because i felt they hate me too.I hated my body.Then i had my break up and i shattered. Had to build myself up. I still gained 4kgs more but i started doing gym.
    It was hard at first but it became my love.I no longer feel like my body is weighing me down. When i walk my steps feels light and full of energy.
    I still lowkey/highkey hate my body but doing gym was a blessing. My diets are still a mess but i wanna lose 10kgs this year.Also i hate the fact I can't be in pics bcuz camera makes me look terribly fat and with double chin. I am not that fat at all like 4-5kg more than my required weight but its still a lot compared to 3yrs back and depending on my height and age.
    Also i don't hate fat people.My mum is fat but she works out a lot , eats healthy, diets every monday , walks a lot ... She just has slow metabolism. Same as me. She is probably healthier than i am.
    Still fat positivity is still not good as i lost my grandmother (also fat, didn't excercise-she was 78-80) to heart stroke...

    Governments should make it so that if you get above a certain level of obesity, you're mandatorily committed to a special rehab for counseling, lifestyle training and a special diet to get you back down to normal weight. The same should apply to persons who get below a certain weight. Of course, exceptions can be make for persons who become overweight or underweight due to medical conditions beyond their control. And you have to pay for the counseling and treatment if you get committed. You can pay it all in a lump sum or you can have it deducted from your salary as a tax on a monthly basis until it's all paid. And it should be an offense to publish information encourage people to become obese or to become skeletal.

In fact she’s my ONLY friend currently who’s extremely into cooking and baking there own foods as well as nutritional information for the body. She would never say it’s fat phobic to go to the gym it’s self love to go to the gym. There’s a very fine difference between being big and being unhealthy. when i hear the word fat i'm not picturing 500lb ppl. i think like.. ppl who are 200-250. if you're struggling to walk, i feel like fat is not the word used by most ppl. at least i would instantly resort to "obese." i know nothing about this "movement" but i imagine there's a lot of nuance and not everyone is like "450lbs? yaas work queen, versace boots down, keep it up"

  • @mariahnotcarey3370
    @mariahnotcarey3370 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +15

    I don't think it's okay for mordbidly obese people to promote binge eating (an eating disorder btw) and unhealthy lifestyles. I also don't believe it's okay to shame people about their bodies either, like, the word fat isn't only used towards people who are well over 300 pounds, it's used for people who have large butts, people who have rolls, people who's stomach isn't completely flat like a notebook, and that's very damaging and can lead to body dysmorphia and eating disorders (like binge eating).

    • @mariahnotcarey3370
      @mariahnotcarey3370 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Like yes be VERY real about how damaging this version of body positivity and/or acceptance is but also be kinder to people for not fitting society standard of what's beautiful, healthy, or in shape. It's what causes eating disorders and body dysmorphia for perfectly healthy people (can even lead to people becoming this large).

    Honestly as someone who is fat that is slowly losing weight you can eat a burger. Just make them at home and don't buy fast food. You can make them from grass fed beef or bison meat with all your favorite veggies. Just make sure you eat the burger with out the bun and condiments that add 100-200 extra calories. Sugar free bbq sauces do exist as well as dry rub seasonings for your meat. (pause)

      i feel like it's because the word "fat" now more so means with people who are just a little overweight (close to 150-290 ish. Give or take. More "chubby" than anything.) Which is still unhealthy but in comparison to anyone heavier than that is usually considered obese. Like my 600 pound life would be considered obese, not really fat. Meanwhile the average woman that gained a lot of weight during pregnancy would be considered "fat" rather than "obese".
