if you already think they’re great performers and very energetic without an audience, then let me tell you they’re actually INSANE in concert, when they have a real crowd to perform for. i’ve been too sooooo many concerts in my life, but monsta x shows are the absolute most fun i ever had. they’re incredible live!!!!!

Honestly, MX is the best at their English tracks (did you notice Secrets is fully English?). They sound so natural when speaking English in their songs, and they have so many English tracks. They are truly gentlemen, with a mature vibe that usually has a little bit of naughty sexiness to it. Much appreciation for that! They're known as live performers, and while they don't usually play with a band, they're all certainly capable. This is a rare opportunity for them to flex their mad skills. Glad you enjoyed it and thanks to Kat for having excellent taste. ;)
I believe this secret song is written by one of the members hyungwon, members produce so many songs in the albums and they have their own vibes on the songs, you will realize as you listen to more monstax
Do you know that Gambler was produced by Joohoney (the main rapper) and Secret was produced by Hyungwon (6:56)? yeah..

Yeah they use sometimes band and Joohoney play drums sometimes. Their concerts always Lit. Every year they won the 'best concert/best tour' prizes in big award shows
Eeeek thank you Kat for more of monsta x :) and the song secrets is written by hyungwon. They have a funny story. They have three songs called secrets all in different languages and they didn’t even realize that they did that 😂 I saw them in 2019 and they didn’t use a live band but the concert was just as good as this was. They are worth seeing in person.

It’s live is a wonderful channel that showcases live performances of various KPop groups. All live. This band is all in-house so they don’t tour with MX. sad I know. Anyway check out performances from Kihyun when he did a couple of solo appearances for his solo work and Wonho as well.
There are surprisingly 3 different songs by MX with the title of secrets. This one, the one on the dreaming album (check out if you haven’t already), and another one but I think it’s in Japanese.

I love the boys dancing, but I would pay well for a concert like that with a band, people sitting and enjoying the vibe, having a few drinks. Starship need to hear me!

I love when you keep making that stank face which is almost the entire video..and it just naturally come out bc that just MX..they know how to hype u up with their music. Its so original and authentic to themselves. And yes they are so cool, and a lot of other idols actually confirmed this and said they really are cool people on and off stage. Like they effortlessly give this cool aura and they did not oversell it..

Ah it's a shame you are getting into them so late. They may not be having another tour this year. Minhyuk is supposed to be going into the military probably next month (or soon) and shownu is getting out of the military. Their concerts are just top tier. You can tell they enjoy what they do.
