Hi Nice video. Where is the step down in Z , I noticed that when you were doing the slots . The end mill in Z was coming down in increments. I paused the video several times but couldn't see how the step down is controlled. Please let me know .

Why not just dynamic move or move to origin? Creating a plane was usless.

Depth Cuts. If you go into tool parameters you can adjust step-down in depth cut tabs. Try experimenting with it.
