Just subbed, watching some of the old vids. Ground like that scares me. Reminds of a section of 3 or 4 counties south and west of Olton, TX... Levelland, Littlefield, Morton, Muleshoe. Down that way you can lose a crop in 3 hrs. We've run our old Yetters plumb to death in cotton and corn ground and by comparison to yours our ground isn't even sandy.

Really like the vid. Great job on the filming. I grew up in your area and remember all to well “living” in the tractor during sand fighting season. At the time I hated it but now it’s very therapeutic watching it, of corse all I think of now is the driving and not changing bearings 😅Nice to look back after a long day and see what you did. Keep the vids coming!

The tractor did a wheelie. I chuckled as we’ve got the same problem. Quite some weight on the back of that tractor.

Haha ya we need to put weight on the front!

That old 46 deserves to be repainted and took a little better care of. I had 4240 in 78 it had the new sound guard cab the best at the time with the best air conditioner you cod get. Got rid of her just 10 years ago.

It does need to be restored, right now I just don't use it enough to throw money at it. Maybe one day when the farm is better established I'll restore it completely!

They make front mount weights to prevent those "wheelies". Please be careful. 170,000 farming injuries' a year so don't be a number.

    Love the 4640
Just row tracking right? No GPS I take it?
We use a 4240 currently for cultivating etc.
