What about BHA & BHT, and all the Sodium Phosphates, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Asorbate, Potassium Chloride? You can't even buy a simple Green Split Pea Soup because it has all this in it. I guess the trick is to make everything from scratch. Have you talked about Yeast and its derivatives. I think I ate too many saltines that actually have yeast and got a migraine the next day. If I get migraines every 7-10 days could it be from an accumulation of food triggers (that I'm desperately trying to avoid). WHAT KIND OF SALAD DRESSING SHOULD I BE EATING? I am B+ blood type and have to avoid anything to have to do with Corn, Wheat, Pork & Chicken & vinegar and Tyramine foods. Everything has corn and wheat and yeast. Not much left to eat. Vegetables don't have lasting energy. Thank you - Janet in LA
Yep youre right the assault on our brains and hormones is endless... yep yeast can definitely be an issue if you are sensitized. Blood type has no effect on food tolerance if that is what you are referring to. In general yes, learn to cook from scratch is best, like grandma used to do
