    Amazing footage. So much better than any news reports I have seen. Thank you for posting.

    Great footage! I came to make a confession that I accidentally stole your channel name for a couple of days. I carelessly neglected to check if someone else was already using it, but today, thankfully TH-cam recommended this video for me and I discovered my mistake. So apologies for there being two Brisbane & Beyonds for a couple of days (mine wasn't all caps, though). Still, it was cool to discover your channel. This has some of the best flood footage I've seen on YT from this last flood. Nice job. I liked and subbed to see what's to come...

    The government did not learn a thing at all from the 2011 flood

      What did they not learn from the 2011 floods?

    • @TheZhulinken
      @TheZhulinken 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@Sennagod what did they learn?Same issue keeps happening. Ever thought of building a more powerful dam to mitigate the flood? Ever thought of build more aquaduct to divert the flow in case of flood? Ever thought of better deal with carbon emission and banning fossil fuel?

      There's not much they can do.

    • @TheZhulinken
      @TheZhulinken 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@hvacdesignsolutions Oh yeah?They can print out infinite amount of money to support the banking and real estate sectors to maintain their speculative activities. And they cannot spend a little bit more on infrustructure? To build better dams or diverge river flows or simply help those living in the flood zones to relocate? Ordinary Aussies have been ripped to their core.

    They wanted multi million dollar waterfront properties, restaurants and houses, they got it. Up close and personal with the water now, you can't get any better than that.

    It has happened before and will happen again without correct management, and I'm not saying from the greens or labour. This is how it got to this.

    Useful footage of New Farm in Brisbane where I live. Thank heaven you had the maturity to realize that silly beat music is not required. Can most millennials do anything (even a disaster) without; thump, tick, tock, doof.
