That turned out beautiful. I have to say, I was a little worried you might paint it, or change the legs/hardware, because even though there is painted furniture I do really like, there are certain pieces I cringe at seeing them painted, or changed a great deal in order to update. This was a piece I am very happy you went with restoration.
    Well done!

You literally gave new life to a piece that otherwise would probably end-up as firewood. That style buffet would make an outstanding bathroom vanity. Add vessel sinks/faucets and it's perfect. Or it could be a beautiful addition to any formal dining room or Great Room. Your repairs were 'spot-on'. As a result your buffet probably has another 50+ years of functionality. (I noticed your attention to insuring the buffet was thoroughly cleaned and prepped. Truly proud workmanship every time!)

WOW! Your restoration work continues to amaze me! This is an absolutely stunning transformation! I love that you take these trashed yet beautiful antique pieces and bring them back to life. It's obviously an incredible amount of work, but these kinds of pieces aren't made anymore. You take a piece of history and bring it back to life in a whole new way. BRAVO 👏!!!

I love the way this looks with the contrast of the different stains.

Another piece saved and it looks amazing! You're a real repair-craftsman. 💯

I could hear the dry wood calling out for the orange scented bee’s wax. 😁 Beautiful transformation.

It looks so nice. I think I like it better than if it was completely restored to the original finish. Beautiful 😊
