Follow basic prescribed books and solve maximum questions from A.P Bharadwaj, read newspaper and get updated with legal news and follow online sources this will be enough to crack entrance.

Ma'am I want to ask something. If you can help me with that.
Suppose, someone is more interested in criminal law ipc than the company law or corporate, but he Don't want to go into Litigation ( i.e. practicing under a senior lawyer) but want to join a Law firm. So, do the top law firm Like Amarchand,Trilegal, J. Sagar, Luthra & Luthra, etc heir such lawyers Or they only heir corporate lawyers. Moreover, if we compare the availability of jobs for corporate lawyers and lawyers intersted in IPC or CRPC, are the jobs available for such lawyers very low( in firms) ?? as compared to the former.

Honestly, the syllabus of DU LLB course is really vast as compared to other universities syllabus, if you have opted political science, law or public administration as an optional subject then pursuing law simultaneously will help you else this will be really difficult to manage both things all together if you have just started preparing for civils..
