The reason why I was anxious at the beginning of my law school..n as she said it was right.. it's very difficult to settle as a litigator in a career whereas the motive depends on one another!

Law is a very nice subject but many people don't know about Law carrier they are onle choose doctor or Engineering life but as like that doctor or Engineering change a person's life then law is fullfill change our life. But many people know that Lawer and Advocate is same .But two are different because Lawer is he/she who passed LLB or BALLB exam and Advocate is he/she who was passed by Bar Council of India. LLB or BALLB is qlways best. Here we learn many different types law

First of all, a very well narrated informative vdo.
Now, For litigants, u said, "patiently wait without a lot of money". Let me state the truth here 😜, apart from metros (where as well not all are paid), in other places u have to work without any money, till the time u think u r able to practice independently. Its satisfactory work and proud feeling, but by the time u get independent, a corporate lawyer would or may have accumulated some significant capital. If u r first genration lawyer/ took up law significantly late in life, not having a good college to study, no exposure to internships are the factors that are major for ur carrier in law.

To administration of justice is most important rather than any profession, this field require really very hard working people. After by advising, drafting, litigation u can earn in lack or crore, but advocate job is for those who can fearless, leading, very hard working people. Your understanding of litigation is soooo juvenile and very theoretical and a lot about this is incorrect. Litigation requires a different kind of skill set, 90% of corporate laws are also fought in the courts and that's when litigating lawyers are taken on board. Also you work abnormal hours on usual basis in litigation...since you have to go to courts and as well as do drafting and research and client handling work in the evening... So you have absolutely no time... Corporate becomes easy after a point of time, litigation only becomes more tedious, since the number of clients increases and so does your workload. Litigation requires a lot of soft skills which corporate doesn't require.

No need to have state specific enrollment, you can get on the roll of advocates in Delhi and still give judicial services examination of various other states
