This is the connection to bring Julie Pierce ( Hillary Swank) back. Her Grandfather Jack Pierce was war buddies with Miyagi. BTW honestly Julie Pierce fighting scenes were most impressive. Hillary Swank is a natural athlete. There's a reason Clint Eastwood cast her in Million Dollar Baby which she won both an Oscar & Golden Globe. The most accomplished actor in the franchise

I swear, that scene where Sam and Tory hug made me so, so happy and in complete awe. Finally, after 4 seasons of being sworn enemies, they were finally able to admit and apologise for their past mistakes. Just seeing them become so devastated by the repercussions they made against each other. They both just felt so guilty and crushed deep inside. That hug meant a whole lot to them, it actually showed, they can begin anew.
It also shows a lot of maturity. Even a lot of full grown adults don’t have that in them. To forgive and also own up to your own mistakes is hard for anyone at any age. Glad they put that in here, sets a great example for younger people.
Demitri, by sucker kicking Hawk, behaved like Cobra-Kai which is complete 180 degrees considering he never bought into Cobra-Kai ideology. I was shocked about Devon. I do feel that it will come back to bite her.

If its just Daniel he will still defend what she did but if say Robbie was around and considering how much he cares about Kenny and would defend Kenny then Johnny would be forced to go along.

here is the reason I like the Miyagi storyline. Its crucial to Daniels storyline this season. Daniel constantly says to other people don't act like that, its not the Miyagi way, or Miyagi wouldn't like this, or Miyagi wouldn't say this. Daniel has to come to terms that great man but he was also human who made mistakes. Now if this storyline of Robbery was something that happened just before or after The Karate Kid, I would be 100% with you guys that's stupid and that clearly wasn't the character we saw. The Robbery happened 40 years before the Karate Kid, 40 years!!. I checked his age Miyagi was either 28 or 21 when this happened!! Now I've heard that people want this storyline to be a mistake and Miyagi actually did something good instead and I would ask what would be the point? Whats interesting about that?
I see a lot of people seem to wonder how Kreese as a fugitive is able to get in and out of the country. As a special forces vet, it’s very likely that he has a network of contacts that he can utilize to get where he needs to go and the things that he needs.
Mike's " Its intense" and " Your karate is a joke" and was about to say " I own you" b4 Johnny punched him was all direct quotes he said from KK3 and also calling Johnny a "creme puff" was also a nod to KK1 when someone from the audience yelled " Johnny your a creme puff" after he gets a bloody nose from Daniel in the final showdown
The guy at the gym plays my favourite character on a show called The Righteous Gemstones. I'd love if it got added to your watch-list at some point it's one of my favourite shows of all time
Re: their fighting, they’ve said in interviews that they have stunt doubles that do some of the more advanced fighting. The scenes you may think are great fighting by Hawk and Miguel are not always actually Jacob and Xolo.
Tory and Sam couldn't fight each other hard because the friendship was weak and they didn't want to harm it. Once they hugged it out and make their friendship strong they could fight hard knowing they would still be friends after.
KWON/Brandon H Lee is a legit 5th degree taekwondo Master black belt who was taught since 3yrs old by his father a taekwondo Grand Master at they're own school. He competes and has won medals in International and World Tournaments with the US National team and his University team. Lastly he teaches/does stunts in major Hollywood films including being the main actors double in Shang Chi
Exactly Kenny and Hawk, should be on the team. It will be interesting to see what happens, cause Devon will definitely feel so much guilt and won't focus.
I said it before and I'll say it again - Johnny is an asshole, but not a bad person. His attempts to sabotage Sam and Tory at the sleepover make you want to smack him, but he meant well. He is one of the most interesting characters just because he has so much potential to be a good person, and always gets in his own way.

Please, for the love of God (no pun intended), you guys should watch/react to the show Preacher. It's really awesome, and pretty much no one on TH-cam has reacted to it. If you liked Ash vs. Evil Dead, I think you'll really dig Preacher. Similar kinda style with the comedy/action/gore. C'mon, people in the comments. Give me some back-up on this. It was a great show!!

It is not a bad movie I think. I did enjoy it. My guess would be that a lot of people don't like it because its main purpose seemed to push Jaden Smith into the spotlight by his Dad. And of course most people are always negative about remakes.

Also, we now know Daniel is taking a step back and Johnny's got a family to support. Assuming Chozen gets a happy ending, guess who's in line to take over Miyagi Do??? Yeah. it should have been a mini tournament within Miyagi-do. NONE of the other tests had anything to d with fighting.
