I remember watching the coverage that day from KATU 2 and KOIN 6.
Its basically like a geological zit popping. Maybe im wrong, but she doesnt seem as pretty all cratered out as it is now. Whats crazy is it doesnt seem like it will be that long until its back to the way it was with a summit on top. I dont know anything about volcanoes, but it looks like a very active one. Constantly building.
Wish I could live to see it a hundred and fifty years from now, and how she grows.
The lake appears to be boiling.
Pretty crazy statement. I know Harry didnt feel anything, but can you imagine the seconds before he was hit? Must have been incredible, and for Spirit Lake to be raised 150 feet after the eruption? Thats just an incredible thought as well.
How such was in one mountain ⛰ let loose all that
