The combination of sweet fresh corn, bacon fat, and a cast iron skillet will blow your mind!
Ingredients
6 ears of Corn
4 - 5 Slices of Bacon
½ Cup Heavy Cream
½ Stick Of Butter
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 tbsp Black Pepper
Salt to taste
Fresh Parsley

With some fried chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, and onions in apple cider vinegar, some greens and some hot water cornbread!! I am so glad to see that we have learned our families cooking and we still cook! Nor just tacos, and casseroles, but we still can throw down like we were groomed to do! My hats off to you my dear!

I was already cooking fresh corn off the Cob but something told me to hop on TH-cam and see if it’s a different way of cooking it when I tell you I’ve heard of southern fried cabbage which I love to cook as well but I never heard of southern fried corn I literally clicked on yo vid followed it step by step and it came out amazing thanks for sharing!

You make your corn the way my mother use to make hers I make mine the same way I add red and green bell peppers to mine I also add Bacon to mine, I made this dish to a family outing 4/5 people came up to me and ask how I made it, I am from the south also people in the north love that southern cooking. 😁

You made "Mexican Corn" (adding all the onions, pepper, etc.). I'm from Mississippi, and we add Fatback meat, flour, milk, oil, and some salt (NO SUGAR). But, hey do what YOU like! Everyone has their version of cooking various foods.
