Not sure why people aren't playing heir of dragons in this deck. Draw 2 for 3 cost (blue coredramon) and let's you pop at 4k DP digimon if you have a digimon with greymon in its name. Much better to have it early game or even in security. You don't get a body like geogreymon but I rather draw this (more likely) than having geogreymon in security.
Already playing this format for a couple of weeks in europe and Greymon with 2 Checks is the MVP of this deck. Also insane with lightning Joust. Now that we have EX01 here, I am currently including the new Skullgreymon and analog youth to the deck. We'll see howit works. Great deck profile and explanations Mario!
Can't tell you how many times that's happened to me. I now only run 1 BT1 Agumon and thanks to that cut, I was able to take 2nd at my locals this past Sunday!
Any advice on what to do aginst craniamon ? I felt like my only option was to wait til they attacked with it and hope i can get a agubond to attack over it.
If you fear crania, then play play a dp boosting egg. Crania rarely, if ever, gets over 16k power, and agu bond with dash pack agu or starter deck agu can become a 17k bungas.
You beat crania by forcing them to block, then bonding your other digimon and attacking over it. It’s very difficult, but beatable. Keep in mind when you attack and kill their crania, you still get to trash their top security
I dont even really play red- hell i have a full Jes deck i havent even tried yet, but I’d it wasnt for the 13$ greymons, I’d pick this up in a heart beat. I love blue, and have GabuBond, but its just another blue deck where you swing 3+ times with one digimon for game
Hi Mario, nice video! As I am playing this deck as well I have few questions. Don't you like Magnadramon and Red Reamer? I think in this meta sometimes when you playing Gaia Force from your hand you destroy the same digimon you could destroy with Red Reamer.. Also, why only 2 promo Agumon?
Red Reamer is good because of it's potential to nuke level 6's for 5 memory but it doesn't delete other Agubonds and Gabubonds or even Jesmons since they're virtually everytime beyond 13K DP when they attack into security and Red Reamer is checked. 13K DP is just a weird number tbh. It should've been just a normal deletion without cap when the secondary requirements are met, like Raddle Star which can turn into a Cocytus Breath.
@@kaen4299 I used to play it in 2 copies befor EX came out in Europe and actually it was very strong because you could take out also some lv5 sometimes for the cost of only 4. Don't worry about Jesmon, if your opponent is not stupid he will attack with delicate Plan so actually nothing can take down Jesmon and same for the Bonds but you have Gaia force for them. Also if a GeoGreymon or Coredramon come out from you opponent' security is a cheap answer to it.
@@kaen4299 in a metagame like this where all decks have a strong security and in an otk deck like Jesmon not using Delicate Plan is just nonsense imo, it can counter bounces, removal and totally gives you a bye against sec control which is just waitin for you to do mutliple checks making them recovering and triggering strong options
I am told non-stop my deck is slow and inconsistent. and I can't play it until my immune deficient body is tested able to defend covid. my whole deck is (or referenced as) is greymon tribal bond. main egg is kuroman for draw. my agumon line either sc+1 agubond, checks top 5 for tamer, or checks top 3 for a greymon. while greymons either sc+1, gives level 5 sc+1, or digivolves for one memory. while level five uses metalgreymon sc+2, or rize free plays marcus or tai. while level 6 is option security negating. I use gaia force, marcus, and tai. my friends down talk it so much all I feel is doubt for my deck, and I can't officially test it with them until april, or many months later. can you, Mario, or other repliers be constructive in a kinder way. I'm aware they can die to security control, but that's the risk against all of them. I thought kuromon and agumon toolbox line would fix it alot but now I don't know.
I think transcendent sword trumps gaiforce if you have a lot of greymons

BT1 Agu so good, makes sure to put your Bonds to the bottom of the deck

It's the same shitt Red Memory Boost does to Sistermons in a Jesmon Deck.
I cut one Geogrey for the third BT5 Greymon and one BT1 Agumon for a second Red Boost. Will report back with results when I play on Sunday
Deck looks super fun to play. Would there be a variant with the other Agunimon and AncientGreymon you think or is it not worth it?
That variant is rather bricky, but it is extremely fun.
Very bricky and doesn't unsuspend like Ancientgaruru. Would rather play MArios Version. I play it similarly.
