It's a blessing to work with young, energetic, flexible teens. I, on the contrary, work for 4 "golden age" choirs in Europe. They're tired and stiff. What would you recommend to warm tthem up?

I want to use this for my choir. Where do i start in teaching them this? My first initial thought is teaching by rote. Is this what you would suggest?
