1 pound sat fish
1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese/sjarp chedder cheese
1 tbsp mustard flour
1/4 tsp white peper
3 tbsp a) purpose flour

Hey My Goodie Love.... You've done it again..... Looks so......good....I have to go across town to get saltfish... I live in Kansas City....I get all my Seafood at a place called Chinatown Market... The only place I know to get Salt Fish, Ackee and all the good Jamaican Food and Seasonings...I'm going this weekend to get me some crab legs I'm going to pick up some salt fish while I'm over there... I haven't had any in awhile and I want to try this dish...Much Love Sis
