The way you do this Playthrough is one of the best I’ve seen so far. Besides being a beast at the combat and exploration in all their playthroughs. I love how the person playing role plays being Batman, letting dialogue play out, moving Batman around appropriately to the situation and moving the camera to observe important details like Batman himself is playing.

as a kid this mission scared me so much I had my jaw on the ground when I saw his play through for that level. honestly the best gameplay ive ever seen in my life.
"Heck, I might even give you Harley; it looks like you might need a new sidekick." This line hits different after learning what Joker did to Jason in Arkham Knight.
I beat that section first try in "Ultra Hard Core Gamer Patience Super Skill" mode without dying or getting caught because I really hoped Joker would give me Harley.
It's even more harder when you realize Jason was still being tortured during the events of Arkham Asylum and Batman was literally right their and didn't realize it Jason escaped with the help of Deathstroke during the final battle with monster joker
@@alecvip7562 Yeah, the original ones graphics were good, I honestly prefer the old ones because, they make the atmosphere dark, and gritty. Joker looked way more creepy, and scarecrow looked terrifying.
I love that it would have taken Riddler weeks or months to set up all his puzzles- installing walls, painting large sections of the asylum, climbing cliff faces… and Batman solves them all in a matter of hours.
I can't believe we lost both of them.. Rest in Peace, Arleen Sorkin.. The Original Harley Quinn.. You will be missed. Same goes for you Kevin Conroy.. :'(

@@endomion Nah, I meant with that that the cursed game first killed our beloved VA of Batman (Rest Easy Mr. Conroy) and then lead to the further demise of Harleen Queen, especially the OG actress of that character from Batman: The Animated Series. Such bad news were so devastating to me, that I literally thought that it's a matter of time before the rest of original VA of The Joker, Harvey Dent and other might die of illness or old age. @The Alpha One there was like a 5 year gap between city and knight in real time. I just think Kevin could not maintain the same voice that he used to when he was younger. I always loved him but for future games I'd rather have the voice actor from Arkham origins
I've beaten this game more times than I care to try and remember yet this playthrough made it feel like a fresh experience. I learned a lot of things about this game I never noticed. Like, what was the deal with those Joker mannequins? Was that Fear toxin induced? I never knew you could keep revisiting and getting different things. Man, what a perfect Batman tale. This Is the kind of story that fits right in place whether you want it to take place in the regular comics, the animated series or the Arkham timeline. Fell in love with it all over again here. I couldn't help but watch through the whole thing, too. You're doing the Bat-God's work, amigo.
This is what being in your gaming prime looks like. The gameplay is fantastic, the pacing is perfect, and they allow for Batman’s character to shine through. Even after fighting they allow a second or two for the idle animation of Batman fixing his gloves to play. This game will always be on top, and you’ve just reminded me of that with this play through. I was a grown ass 18-year old when I first played this and the morgue level terrified me as I kept thinking something was going to pop out as it’s scarecrow and he lives off of fear.
Kevin made us feel like batman. The hero of all of our childhoods. He will never be forgotten. I'm still shocked and sad but I'm just happy we have these beloved memories to look back on.💔
Wow, I just watched this whole thing and it really is like reading a graphic novel! The camera angles, the big multi thread plot with tons of villains, the flawless execution of the game, the witty dialog, and the pacing of content made this one of my favorite games and youtube videos in awhile! I went in to relive some memories and came our having consumed a great story and piece of art!
Every time I play this game, I’m reminded of how phenomenal it is... until the ending “You didn't think I'd risk losing the battle for Gotham's soul in a fist-fight with you?”
I feel you, I remember I got this game a week or 2 before Arkham Origins came out. I still remember hours during multiple play through and also loving the challenge maps. Simpler times…
even though it seems like gaming is total shit now at least there’s still incredible games that came out recently like Elden Ring, Tears of the Kingrom, Resident Evil 4 remake, and even upcoming stuff like Pikmin 4, Spiderman 2 or Starfield But MAN a lot of older games are really sumn special

You’re spoiled with the vast majority of things you can do in knight that you can’t do in asylum. If you played asylum first you’ll understand why this game was appreciated. It was amazing for its time and still amazing with the nostalgic feel and gameplay. But again I love Arkham city way more than all 3 other games 💯 it’s just me though.

Okay that's it, I declare this walkthrough as probably the best ever I have watched! A clean flawless run with 100% story and completion, no damage, amazing combat skills.. come on dude you just made other walkthroughs run for their money.
Batman Arkham asylum may not be open world, but every part of the game world has so much detail if you pay attention, almost all character bios have patient interviews, as well as the spirit of Arkham, And the medical facility even has a tv welcoming you to the asylum and giving information about it, they definitely put a lot of detail into this game, it manages to balance out in terms of story, realism, and combat/stealth. Very good game and it’s definitely worth a play if you’ve never played it before.
Finally! An actual walkthrough! Not just a let's play titled walkthrough, where the person playing is just as confused as I am. And also, props to you for not skipping past stuff. I had to week through a lot of crap to find a walkthrough as good as yours. Keep it up.

I absolutely love this game, remember having a sleepover with all my friends and got this game during my party. We all stayed up the whole night playing this game, went to sleep around the finding Dr.Penelope mission since we didn’t know what to do. Remember it all like yesterday, can’t forget the hype for the first Arkham City Reveal Trailer. Got Platinum on all Arkham games except origins, one riddler trophy was bugged sadly.
I remember being so hyped for Arkham city as well. It came out on my 10th birthday back in 2011. my dad bought it from GameStop and gave it to me at school since my parents were divorced at the time.
It's so crazy that origins is my favorite game. It's just too good bro, the boss fights were perfect, in my opinion they portrayed the beginning of batman too well and it was just so perfect, the beginning of batman and how aggressive he is, he is so angry and young. And using roger was the best option for a younger batman, the beginning of a relationship with the villians and batman and them beginning to fear him and especially the relationship with bane or joker with batman. They portrayed the beginning of a great rivalry between joker and batman just too good. And then you can see that the joker will start to know batman better and he knows his weaknesses, like he didn't know that batmam would not kill anyone and he tried to break him. So joker was the best in origins and had the best design as a younger joker. The story was perfect, especially bane and batman and how they knew each other. I love origins and I don't care what anyone says, it is so underrated just because of a stupid reason that rocksteady didn't make it. The Deathstroke and bane boss fights still gives me chills till this day, they don't appreciate this game much. It's definitely top 2. I understand opinions but they really should pay attention to this game more. That mission in the hotel royale is still the best mission in the series. It was perfect how you go from the sewers to the hotel and you do detective and predator stuff and you see the joker scene where he kills electrocutioner and you get his gloves, and you have to make your way up to the hotel, it was perfect. And then going to the bane fight while joker is watching. And you go save joker and actually this game really did the backstory of batman and joker justice. You can see how deep joker is. That's why I just love origins, and to point out origins was the first arkham game I played that's why I love it, it introduced me to the series. And it's the prequel so it was perfect to play first. The best joker, the best boss fights, the best character designs, the best character development, the best incantation of the villians, the perfect song, the best bruce wayne and Alfred portrayel. Hating this game is a crime.

I can't believe its been over a decade since this game was released and to this day it still remains one of, if not my favorite video game franchises in history. And thank you so much for exploring the entire island, finding all of the Riddler Trophies, Riddler Riddles, audio tapes, and the Amadeus Arkham tablets. I tried every time I played the game to find them all, but not once did I ever succeed, but I guess that's because I just didn't look hard enough. But at least this way, I get to relive the very first mature video game I ever played growing up through the absolutely spectacular display of gamer talent. Thank you for bringing me back to my teenage years.

This is the remaster he is playing, plus it’s 4K enhanced on an Xbox one x, presumably on a 4K TV. The actual original would look a lot different.

I've beaten this game more times than I care to try and remember yet this playthrough made it feel like a fresh experience. I learned a lot of things about this game I never noticed. Like, what was the deal with those Joker mannequins? Was that Fear toxin induced? I never knew you could keep revisiting and getting different things.
Man, what a perfect Batman tale. This Is the kind of story that fits right in place whether you want it to take place in the regular comics, the animated series or the Arkham timeline. Fell in love with it all over again here.

This is what being in your gaming prime looks like. The gameplay is fantastic, the pacing is perfect, and they allow for Batman’s character to shine through. The camera angles, the big multi thread plot with tons of villains, the flawless execution of the game, the witty dialog, and the pacing of content made this one of my favorite games and youtube videos in awhile! You’re spoiled with the vast majority of things you can do in knight that you can’t do in asylum. If you played asylum first you’ll understand why this game was appreciated. It was amazing for its time and still amazing with the nostalgic feel and gameplay. But again I love Arkham city way more than all 3 other games 💯 it’s just me though.

Okay that's it, I declare this walkthrough as probably the best ever I have watched! A clean flawless run with 100% story and completion, no damage, amazing combat skills.. come on dude you just made other walkthroughs run for their money.
Batman Arkham asylum may not be open world, but every part of the game world has so much detail if you pay attention, almost all character bios have patient interviews, as well as the spirit of Arkham, And the medical facility even has a tv welcoming you to the asylum and giving information about it, they definitely put a lot of detail into this game, it manages to balance out in terms of story, realism, and combat/stealth. Very good game and it’s definitely worth a play if you’ve never played it before.

I absolutely love this game, remember having a sleepover with all my friends and got this game during my party. We all stayed up the whole night playing this game, went to sleep around the finding Dr.Penelope mission since we didn’t know what to do.
Remember it all like yesterday, can’t forget the hype for the first Arkham City Reveal Trailer. Got Platinum on all Arkham games except origins, one riddler trophy was bugged sadly.

I remember being so hyped for Arkham city as well. It came out on my 10th birthday back in 2011. my dad bought it from GameStop and gave it to me at school since my parents were divorced at the time.

It's so crazy that origins is my favorite game. It's just too good bro, the boss fights were perfect, in my opinion they portrayed the beginning of batman too well and it was just so perfect, the beginning of batman and how aggressive he is, he is so angry and young. And using roger was the best option for a younger batman, the beginning of a relationship with the villians and batman and them beginning to fear him and especially the relationship with bane or joker with batman. They portrayed the beginning of a great rivalry between joker and batman just too good. And then you can see that the joker will start to know batman better and he knows his weaknesses, like he didn't know that batmam would not kill anyone and he tried to break him. So joker was the best in origins and had the best design as a younger joker. The story was perfect, especially bane and batman and how they knew each other. I love origins and I don't care what anyone says, it is so underrated just because of a stupid reason that rocksteady didn't make it. The Deathstroke and bane boss fights still gives me chills till this day, they don't appreciate this game much. It's definitely top 2. I understand opinions but they really should pay attention to this game more. That mission in the hotel royale is still the best mission in the series. It was perfect how you go from the sewers to the hotel and you do detective and predator stuff and you see the joker scene where he kills electrocutioner and you get his gloves, and you have to make your way up to the hotel, it was perfect. And then going to the bane fight while joker is watching. And you go save joker and actually this game really did the backstory of batman and joker justice. You can see how deep joker is. That's why I just love origins, and to point out origins was the first arkham game I played that's why I love it, it introduced me to the series. And it's the prequel so it was perfect to play first.
The best joker, the best boss fights, the best character designs, the best character development, the best incantation of the villians, the perfect song, the best bruce wayne and Alfred portrayel.
Hating this game is a crime.

I can't believe its been over a decade since this game was released and to this day it still remains one of, if not my favorite video game franchises in history. And thank you so much for exploring the entire island, finding all of the Riddler Trophies, Riddler Riddles, audio tapes, and the Amadeus Arkham tablets. I tried every time I played the game to find them all, but not once did I ever succeed, but I guess that's because I just didn't look hard enough. But at least this way, I get to relive the very first mature video game I ever played growing up through the absolutely spectacular display of gamer talent. Thank you for bringing me back to my teenage years.
