They probably have more important things to worry about like meeting silly government check box targets and how they are going to meet their mortgage payments on a sub standard wage. This might happen to you in the work place as well. It's just a case of having too much to manage and/or a memory problem from drinking too much alcohol to deal with the unnecessary stress modern life puts on people in authority. The most important thing with school is taking the information you are going to need for your life and future career. Learn to be a life long learner. There is a lot more to most subjects than can ever be covered by a national curriculum. Good luck with your studies. Get the grades, your teachers will seem less important to you once you are an adult with decent grades. They just want you to succeed and have a good life. My PE teachers were ex British Army. In winter they would send us on cross country runs through the mud and slush. We would come back to showers with only slightly tepid water. Trying to get back into school uniform after, your hands were so cold they didn't work. You were lucky if you could get more than a couple of shirt buttons done up and forget about having a straight tie.

My PE teachers were ex British Army. In winter they would send us on cross country runs through the mud and slush. We would come back to showers with only slightly tepid water. Trying to get back into school uniform after, your hands were so cold they didn't work.
