What motor did you take off? Lithiums def help the way a Bullet floats and the backwash. I went to a 300r on a 20xdc and a Bobs Extreme hydraulic plate and mine still sits a tad higher
You know what your doing . That bullett will absolutely fly when you get it flashed. I'm sure you'll be running a 30 pitch 15 inch with room to grow. Just make sure to run that sho at 6k or more and look out for gas in crankcase until you've really seated the rings. Run it like you stole it I mean hard or it makes oil. The yamaha break in procedure sux. Leave it trimmed down and plow wide open for 30 min runs and then cool at idle for 5 min and repeat 4x and shes good to go. Change oil at that point . Just a sho man helping out. Mine have never made oil and I'm on #4. Always sell because I get a good offer
Thank you sir, I’ve heard about the rings being hard to seat, I’m gonna get out and run it wot for a while and keep a good eye on it. Thanks for checking the video out!
Just to let everyone know, adding basketballs, foam, and whatever else that floats, does not help with floatation. If you take on water, it can help keep your boat from sinking because it takes up area that water can not. It absolutely does not increase your floatation though or keep your higher in the water.
@@enronshu1974 it absolutely does, when I had basket balls in the jack plate, it floated about 4 inches higher in the back, which is what we’re trying to do with extra flotation…. Get the stern up as high as possible, it helps plane faster and also makes a better fishing platform if you can get the decks closer to level.
I honestly never ran it wide open and also the prop I was using at the time was too small for it, I can tell you there is night and day difference in acceleration now that it’s flashed. I would guess it would run in the low to mid 70s set up right with a stock 200.
Good looking rig.
Thank you
Great motor. Well chosen!!
Awesome boat sir!
Thank you!
OLEEE DOOBLAY
Man sure would be nice,if they could make those motors lighter.

@@CAPE_FEAR_OUTDOORS ok. My mistake. I didn't realize they were in the jackplate, outside of the hull. Big difference there.
what was your speed before flashing?
