Having played with both, and a lot of DigiTech and line6 gear, you simply can't beat the tone lab for clean to mid-gain tones prior to amp profiling. The boss might have some better effects, but the amps in the tonelab are as close as you get to genuine tube response
Yes, it does. The software you need for that is called ToneLabSE SoundEditor, and has a user-friendly interface. You can even download some presets from all around the internet.

Don't worry The tonelab sucks. I bought one and it's nothing like what people say it is. You still need a Marshall amp to get the ficken tone just like everything else.
It's not that I want everyone to play like Joe Satriani, no no no. But to have the tone of a Marshall amp. If people could really get the tone of a marshall amp, then I would of liked what they are doing, but evidently they are showing off there sorry videos and making it harder to find the truth in the search's I am weeding through, and trust me, there are more people like me doing this more and more. If you are going to show off, do it with skill and talent. the world is a very critical place, especially today, and has been for a long time and will continue to be for a very long long time. I want answers fast, and simple before going making these mistakes in buying something I don't need. Just like I did with this crappy tonelab.
@@DreamingWolfsMusic Simple...you did it wrong. Of course there's nothing like a Marshall. But that isn't why you use a TLSE. But...a few simple adjustments will get you into Satch territory...along with a Wah which the Marshall doesn't have. :)
