jannick is a machine .. an amazing ball striker who at the moment doesnt miss .. but carlos is just pure magic .. a player like i have never seen before he makes me enjoy this sport like i never have .. its the carlos alcaraz era and jannick is his biggest rival .. and yes i believe this has goat rivalry potential .. the pace of the rallies the power the the skill the shotmaking the overall level of tennis when both are at their best . dramatic endings this rivalry has it all ..
Carlos is a generational talent, naturally gifted and a joy to watch. I cannot take my eyes off of him when he plays. His ceiling is so high that I don't believe we've seen it yet.
@@RazOls I'm going to push back. Carlos is fine. The consistency mantra keeps getting waived around because he's not a robot and loses from time to time. We need to stop treating Sinner like his season will always be repeatable and stop treating Carlos like he's a failure. He's 21 years old and has had one spectacular season after another since he became a pro. That is consistency. So let's take a deep breath and enjoy what we have. I suspect that much of your highlight reels feature Carlos. He's special and nobody wants to "consistent" that away. Not even his coach.
100% Alcaraz beats 100% Sinner even on hard, but Alcaraz lacks consistency. He is 2 years younger than sinner and can improve mentally. It would be a surprise to me if Alcaraz doesnt retire with more Slams than Sinner

For the sake of tennis we need these two to meet in a GS final in 2025 and if possible as soon as possible like in the AO final next week 🤞🏻
I hope so too
*Will we finally see the first Alcaraz vs Sinner Grand Slam final at the Australian Open?*

@@brendajohnson5525 I don’t believe we’ve seen it yet either. He needs to be more consistent and more tactical aware

Nadal passing shot 2:09
Alcaraz is just a better player but his inconsistency makes him lose more matches. If his mental strength develops, there'll be no rivalry.
Not sure I agree. Sinner may not be as spectacular to watch but his game is so solid
Sinner will win AO
I hope so !

Sinner will win more Grand Slams
No.
