You can have foods rich in vitamin A,C,E and D..like carrots, papaya, nuts, oranges, lemon, strawberry, tomatoes, Egg, fish..creams can use those which contains kojic acid, glycolic acid..will post detailed video soon ..take care and beauty is not in colour ..

@@varshankutty2070 there are lot of causes for white patch on face nga..themal means definitely pogum..but confirm with a dermatologist whether it is vitiligo/ pityriasis alba/ or pityriasis versicolor and lot more . treatment varies depending on the cause nga

Hi am good nga .thank you.usually soaps don't improve pigmentation much as their contact time is less ..you can use lightening creams containing kojic/ azelaic/ glycolic acid..or can show to Dermatologist for further advice

Forehead bumps is due to cloged pores in the forehead like namba correcta forehead a facewash or soap la nala face wash panathathanala or dandruff kuda
Remedy : so neenga use pandra shampoo va ( eg : sunsilk pink ) oru 2 to 3 days morning or night forehead ha matum wash panunga then after 2 or days it will reduce the tiny bumps n u can resume with the normal skin care ❤

I stopped using this for face recently as many people suggested to use face wash for face. But I used this original cinthol soap for almost 7 years. And I had no issues at all on my face. Shall I stop using facewash for face and continue using this original cinthol soap?
