- We are proud to launch XCAP Connect today. With special FPC connections, our batteries allow you to transfer the original BMS to our batteries without spot welding or programming. Our batteries allow the original BMS position to be retained with a sleek and clean design.
Try XCAP Connect out today! Starting with the iPhone 11 series. More models coming soon!

To sum it up,
- New battery needs to be connected once to get service message
- Old BMS needs to be cut off old battery and transferred to new battery using double-sided adhesive
- BMS connects to new battery using a connector, then folds down to fit in the space between board and battery, no protrusion.
- Device boots up with no service message and 100% health
Awesome job as always guys, keep up the work you're doing for the industry.
great but ive had 2 different fones not work . do it like in video so what else is there to do.
This is great y'all! The XCAP BMS solution has been great, but it is a bit time-consuming, so these are gonna be great! Massive thanks for all of the R&D work y'all have done over the years to bring us these solutions; people need options so they can get more life out of their devices, and I have so much respect for the work y'all have done here and continue to do for the industry. Can't wait to give them a go! Thanks for the demo Brad! 🙂👍🐧🐧
We appreciate you also! This was a fun project!
Didn’t work. Followed exact same method for three different devices, all of which show non genuine battery and no battery health information.
I just bought the spot weld one, so wish I saw this before buying that one
Very cool, I've town down a few original XCAP batteries and they were decent quality cells with high quality BMS boards. I'm hoping to see more of the same quality with this, as the tag-ons were a... misfire, at best. Does this version of the XCAP battery have the same patching system as the tag-ons, where it forces 100% battery to the end user GUI only, and firmware still reports the original battery health (so if viewed in 3uTools, for example)? I'm hoping having constant access to the full BMS means that we can have something a bit closer to an actual SWI hijack/passthrough with a live patch.
New Health is present in 3U
@@bradleymcguire7046 Wonderful! I'm looking forward to having a play with these! :)
Will it always show 100%, or will it show the real health of the battery?
I noticed that you didn't use a lightning connector to power on the iPhone either time. I just wanted to make sure that's right.
Not necessary, just booted with the initial xCAP before BMS Transfer
Is it possible to ship to Japan?
I hope IG has fixed the battery swelling issue. I used xcap for a couple of years and had about 25% come back with swelling.
That's dangerous.
Can you show us how to fold for the iphone 11 pro?

Im still getting the message
Same
How soon until they are available for all iPhones?
Over the next month we will be releasing all the models.
I recently ordered 10 of these batteries for iphone 11. Followed all these steps correctly . Out of 5 iphone 11 I tried only 2 were sucessfully fixed with no important battery message and battery at 100% rest of the 3 still have the Unknown battery message along with no battery capacity. Please help
Please call us and ask for Brad or Kameran! They can walk you thru it.
I have also had exactly the same issue. Very frustrating! I like the concept, but there seems to be an issue with consistency.
I also got the unknown battery message
@@InjuredGadgets Hi I followed the step-by-step as you showed in the video but it still shows 72% rather than 100%. I bought ur batteries from Replace Base UK. any help will be appreciated.
@@jackpuri1976 hi i have exact same problem did you mange to solve it
I hear that if you do this method, the battery drains faster.. Is that true ?
Not at all.
Why do they give important battery message after being turned off and then take a few reboots to get rid of the message ? I’ve tried these on iPhone 11 and iPhone 12 Pro . Both the same .??
i see ALLOT and its hit and miss either method. i think it comes down to the phone itself. or static or heat damage to the bms. i have 1 tricking the jc stand alone charge board -shows zero cycles and 3300mah but in the phone it keeps popping the message . cant be bothered . p.s i hate tim crook
I just did one on a 13 pro..booted up phone and still got battery message..unhooked battery and booted up again and everything was fine.let battery die all the way down to 0% like any other battery replacement..now I'm getting the battery message again
@@marcusgoodwin2772 same here did you manage to resolve it
are there any other batteries which work
ok. fix for this right now is ios 17.4 and restore with FIX BATTERY HEALTH box checked in 3utools. this way all u have to do is do it and put in and do the restore . no other battery required . COULD not get this or qianli battery tag to work last couple weeks . restore is only way for now. apple might be plugging back doors where they THINK there is security risk. example u cant jailbreak certain mid versions of certain os's
Available now?
Yes they are!
where is the link

do you ship to romania?
Trebuie sa aduca gsmnet tot ceva brand similar ca si aceasta.
iPhone 11 connect battery did not work for me. Still shows battery message after following steps. Please help
Same for me
Also me
Just followed the instructions to the letter and I'm still getting non gen message
and me
@@richardgreen4723 I've found I need to plug it in to turn it on the first time after you prompt non gen message. Works every time so far
And me
You need to have the phone plugged in when doing non gen for first time
Do you mean you have to connect the xcap battery to the phone, power on, then power off, disconnect the battery, then attach the BMS from old battery, then power on the phone again?
I did this and I still get the non gen battery mesdage
Great but you don’t have high capacity for 13 mini 🥹
