I know what I'm Talking about I ran Track before and I know what it takes I'm a Trackstar yes it takes work to build up to that point but trust me if she wants to break the Olympic Record she'll have to lift! I know what I'm Talking about I trained that way only with a lesser amount of weight and I set the record for the 200 meters in Highschool 21.56 or 21.6.
The top female athletes are far more consistent than the men. With the guys it's up one season and down the next. It makes it hard to get excited about any of them as a champion. To be a true superstar athlete you need to be consistent. It's partly why Noah Lyles came down from the 200m to the 100m. Since Bolt retired there hasn't been a dominant champion in the 100m. Noah is the only consistent male track athlete.
@@jcsuperstar4646 You don't know the sport. Faith Kipyegon (1500 & 5000m), Sifan Hassan (10,000m & marathon), Sydney Mclaughlin (400mH). Marileidy Paulino (400m), Keely Hodgkinson (800m) are all highly consistent athletes who are not Jamaican. That's just track. In Field, you have Mahuchikh, Olyslagers (high jump), Katie Moon (Pole vault), Mihambo (long Jump), Yulimar Rojas (triple Jump), etc. These ladies each have at least three world chanmpionship and Olympic medals over the last 3 years. I know you are a knucklehead and I'm wasting my time writing this.
