Yes agreed- Quite large good spaces. The bathroom tiles, crown molding and color of the wood throughout is dated. The grill in the back - prison like bars😮💨😮💨

US$850,000 for a townhouse you all are crazy. I live in Georgia and that price point would definitely give me more. Beautiful but not worth it.

Jamaica housing market is completely different from the US, also most of GA house are build with plywood, not like Jamaica house that build with concrete, that house will have no problem selling for that price

The developer is not targeting local Jamaicans who largely do not have that income to qualify for a mortgage to buy these luxury homes. It's targeting wealthy persons in the USA, Canada and UK. Local Jamaicans would be qualified for a NHT scheme match box house. 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇯🇲 🇯🇲 🇯🇲

I completely agree. As a Jamaican it annoys me to see us devaluing our dollar by constantly emphasizing USD. Even if you put both. It is a gorgeous house and so spacious but it is too dark for my tastes. I would need to lighten up everything.

Rohan you're so right, for that money and the town houses are so close and very limited yard space. It's for persons who don't want anything to do with maintenance outside. There not much natural breeze and we live in a tropical country. It's nice for that special person.

I love this house, it’s big and spacious, I wish it had more natural lighting on the main level, like bigger windows, especially living in the Caribbean you want that natural sunshine ☀️ at least one bathroom can have a bathtub, which can be easily fix with renovating, other than that it’s a beautiful home

It’s a very beautiful home. I would definitely do some painting and redo most of the wood finishes to help brighten up the the place, especially the main floor. Renovate the basement space into a one bedroom rental property, if there is a entry way from the back.

The townhouse is nice. The complex looks nice and the finishes are lovely. Additional lighting can easily fix the areas that people think are too dark. With the master bathroom...you already know my preference but the shower is lovely and that sitting area inside is really nice.

Given the price, and I am not aware of property prices for JA, it appears reasonable, but the house looks new from the outside but in need of modernising/updating on the inside. It is a beautiful house and really spacious - based on designs synonymous with US homes. I am not really keen on the huge open space encompassing the kitchen and living area, where the smell of food would envelop the area which is what would put me off snapping it up but it has lots of potential.

Jamaica is a majority poor country. The last time I vacationed back home in Christmas, I saw long lines at the Remittance companies with people in the sun waiting on the US, Canadian, British pounds to buy food and Christmas money. Not many good jobs in Jamaica. Just some little Call center jobs that pay cheap. Sweat shops. I've noticed that about the expensive homes in Kingston / St. Andrew. Maybe they have to worry about gunmen hiding in the bushes, so concrete everything over for security reasons.
