Any fight kakashi is involved in is always like peak anime fights, think like kakazu vs kakashi. But still to this day the best fight in all of anime is kakashi vs obito. Everything about that fight was perfect, literally every aspect of that fight was done above and beyond what just a great fight does. Vs Delta Kawaki had something to prove not Naruto(to prove to Boruto he can trust him) and the fight felt 100% under Naruto's control also had shit ton of commentary from Kawaki the things that were good are pace and dynamic sequences and the build up of Delta pissing off and invading Konoha Tbh both fights are mid minus in my opinion

How the heck did I miss this steam? And Sasuke vs Killer Bee was BLEH. Like Sasuke is like "I beat Itachi-onii-san and I can beat-" and Bee stabs him 8 TIMES WITH HIS TINY BLADES. It should be bottom B or C. Seth is wrong! Naruto was like waving his hands, jumping, using Shadow Clones, failed the RasenShuriken, thought of his "boyfriend" best buddy Sasuke, BELIEVE IT, and then RasenShuriken. And Kakuzu was like "TENTACLE ATTACK" and "FIRE-WIND BLAST" and Shadow Clones were incinerated or vaporized and he almost won and then Kakashi killed an already dead, paralyzed Kakuzu. TRULY... the best fight in the series. S+ Tier.
Unpopular opinion?: The fights should always be judged with an emphasis on the anime adaptation, not the Manga. I can try to argue as to why I think so but I don't really think it's necessary. I'll leave it at this point of view: anime gives more of our senses an experience of the fights.
LMFAO at seth ranking all of these fights lower compared to dbz , especially dragon ball super. Kakashi vs Obito alone is better CHOREOGRAPHED than every single fight in the dragon ball franchise. apart from the broly one; I'm not talking about the animation,( obviously it slams every fight ever existed but they like travel through different dimensions and shit in 3d which makes it well choreographed as well.) Dragon ball literally repeats the same three kicking and punching atattatata attacks ad nauseam because they are too fucking lazy to actually animate fast movement. The bar for strategy in dragon ball is so fucking low that goku using a technique that isn't just Kamehameha is considered good, madara vs guy and allies had more strategy than any single dragon ball fight. Dragon ball overall has better fights. Naruto arguably has better highs but the average dragon ball fight between mid tier characters is better overall then the average naruto fight.

Most war arc fights were ass, I remember the mid ass fights with the ninja alliance coming out weekly in the manga it was torture. I can only imagine how it was in the anime with filler. For sure darui vs genkakku 😂 super excited for that one.

Seth spoke 100 percent facts with the lee vs gaara fight, it’s overrated as hell. The fifth gate section is good but most of the base lee stuff was pretty lame. I can understand if you watched naruto on Cartoon Network or something but if you binged the show back in like 2015 or something then I don’t see a reason why you would think it’s that good. Also naruto vs pain is overrated and belongs in a, it has a good vibe but the fight itself isn’t that good. It’s probably better in the manga but the anime version is kinda bad in the sense that there is little choreography and the animation of the fights themselves kinda sucked considering that this is supposed to be the climax of the first half of shippuden. The second half of the pain fight that’s memed to death is unironicslly better because the animation is good, the first half felt like s filer fight for the most part.
The animation anf choreography was amazing in the Base Lee section, and the flashback was so good. I somewhat agree with it being overrated but def not like a filler fight

And Kakuzu was like "TENTACLE ATTACK" and "FIRE-WIND BLAST" and Shadow Clones were incinerated or vaporized and he almost won and then Kakashi killed an already dead, paralyzed Kakuzu. TRULY... the best fight in the series. S+ Tier.

Unpopular opinion?: The fights should always be judged with an emphasis on the anime adaptation, not the Manga. I can try to argue as to why I think so but I don't really think it's necessary. I'll leave it at this point of view: anime gives more of our senses an experience of the fights.

LMFAO at seth ranking all of these fights lower compared to dbz , especially dragon ball super. Kakashi vs Obito alone is better CHOREOGRAPHED than every single fight in the dragon ball franchise. apart from the broly one; I'm not talking about the animation,( obviously it slams every fight ever existed but they like travel through different dimensions and shit in 3d which makes it well choreographed as well.) Dragon ball literally repeats the same three kicking and punching atattatata attacks ad nauseam because they are too fucking lazy to actually animate fast movement.
The bar for strategy in dragon ball is so fucking low that goku using a technique that isn't just Kamehameha is considered good, madara vs guy and allies had more strategy than any single dragon ball fight. SAD!
Both Naruto and Dragon balls fights are both equally raw plus if ur talking choreography wise and not animation kakashi vs obito lasted barley a chapter and barley had much choreography it was the anime which extended upon it, and if your not talking about animation again the “repeated punching and kicking” is used mostly in the anime of dbz goku vs krillin in db had great choreography in both the manga and anime either way it still looks cool and has good choreography lol,still comparing both The series fights in the manga are both equal

Dragon ball overall has better fights. Naruto arguably has better highs but the average dragon ball fight between mid tier characters is better overall then the average naruto fight.

Rock Lee vs Gaara B+??? I've never heard such blasphemy in my life. RL vs Gaara is easily the best fight in OG Naruto and an easy S tier. Same with Kakashi vs Obito, you don't even have to watch Naruto to know how great that fight was. I can't even take this list seriously when they have Naruto vs Pain on S tier😂😂 and Naruto v Gaara on A tier when they are both B tier or less.

Pain vs naruto is amazing it has good pacing, good build up, and the best story telling out of any fight in the whole show. Animation isn’t everything.

Seth spoke 100 percent facts with the lee vs gaara fight, it’s overrated as hell. The fifth gate section is good but most of the base lee stuff was pretty lame. I can understand if you watched naruto on Cartoon Network or something but if you binged the show back in like 2015 or something then I don’t see a reason why you would think it’s that good.
Also naruto vs pain is overrated and belongs in a, it has a good vibe but the fight itself isn’t that good. It’s probably better in the manga but the anime version is kinda bad in the sense that there is little choreography and the animation of the fights themselves kinda sucked considering that this is supposed to be the climax of the first half of shippuden. The second half of the pain fight that’s memed to death is unironicslly better because the animation is good, the first half felt like s filer fight for the most part.
The animation anf choreography was amazing in the Base Lee section, and the flashback was so good.

Lees fight was the first crazy action we got in part 1 its was shocking first time seeing it. Its A tier id say..and pain vs naruto was insane. Naruto coming in sage mode was epic and the dialog is awesome pains cycle of hatred is one of the most popular moments of the series..and when pain kills hinata and naruto goes 6 tails..its just beast
